| Mindful Movement |
A 40 minute practice that invites you slow your roll and bring awareness to yourself, your body and the sensations that come with your movement. In this class you’ll need some floor space with a mat and/or blanket for comfort if you have them. We’ll be moving relatively slowly and gently with more of a focus on how things feel as opposed to working toward anything specific. We’re giving a little bit of extra love and attention to our hips: a part of the body that is said to be a deep container of energy and held stress or tension, and lower body: our foundation.
