I learned so much about myself and the practices of breath work and meditation during the Free Your Mind workshop. Sam creates an extremely supportive environment and presents all the material in a judgement-free way. I've always used physical activity to cope with stress and anxiety, and I didn't have much experience with meditation. By the end of the workshop I had the tools to develop and explore my own meditation practice -- it was truly a life changing experience for me! I would recommend it to anyone who is curious about exploring their own relationship to stress and anxiety or the benefits of meditation.
