A playful, challenging and intentional yoga practice. Each class we'll move through a new sequence of fun and challenging physical postures that weaves a focus of yogic philosophy, postural alignment, breath and awareness altogether. You'll leave feeling balanced and refreshed. This class is the perfect way to end your week and prepare for the next!
This class is beginner friendly and a great class to advance your yoga practice.
Options and variations are available for all experience levels!

mobility + functional flow // moving to virtual
ZOOM | TBA | 60 min
This movement class is all about learning, strengthening, challenging, improving our foundational skills. Every class you can expect any combination of functional breath work, technical and active mobility, and traveling across the room in a series of fun and challenging (think “animal” or “primal” style). We have a lot of fun, break a sneaky sweat, and always finish class feeling like the brain and body put in some good work.
Great for all movers. Especially great as a complimentary practice for athletic training and/or those looking to keep moving well as you age.
This is ALL LEVELS. There are no movement prerequisites. We’ll learn and play together!

monthly group meditation
zoom | tba | 45 min
practicing can feel stronger and easier when done in community. meditation especially! we’ll chat about meditation before each session, we may practice light pranayama in support of different qualities that can really boost our meditative experience, and then meditate together. I’ll always leave space for Q+A if anyone is ever wanting that kind of support.
